These 3 exercises are to bring tightness in loose breast, do only 10 minutes daily

1. Diamond push-ups
- This is one of the best exercises to lift the breast.
- You have to start this exercise in a push-up position.
- Then bring your index finger and thumb together, so that a triangle is formed under your chest.
- After this, bend your elbows and lower your head as close to the ground as possible.
- Then by pushing with the palms of your hands, straighten the arms.
- Do 10 repetitions.
2. Chair Dip
- Sit on the chair with palms on the edge of the seat and fingers pointing towards the feet.
- Bring your feet forward until your hips come away from the front edge of the seat.
- Keeping shoulders away from your ears, bend your elbows 90 degrees to lower butt toward the floor.
- Press palms together to return to first position.
- Do 2 sets of 10 reps.
Push ups with bent knees
- Come into the classic push-up position with knees bent.
- Here your toes should not touch the floor.
- but you raise them as high as you can
- Then lower your head and return to perform a natural push-up movement.
- Do 5 sets of 10 reps.
