Could there be specific mental health reasons behind this? Let's know their opinion from mental health experts.

1. Why do today’s youth get angry?

Founder and Clinical Psychologist, Manasa Global Foundation for Mental Health, Dr. says, “The rise in expectations, social pressure, and the desire to build a personal identity are the reasons behind high anger or aggression among today’s youth. It is causing aggression in the world. The victims of drug addiction are those youths who suppress their feelings or do not find a safe place in their home. Parents also need to understand their children in this. There is no one way of parenting, every child is different, and should be nurtured according to their individuality.”

There can be many problems behind the increasing aggression in the youth. Senior Psychiatrist and Founder of Manasthali, Dr. explains what could be the reasons behind aggression:

3. Mood disorders

People who are bipolar often become aggressive. They lose self-control, and act without thinking.

4. Sycosis

Progress is visible even in this problem. For example, youth who suffer from schizophrenia often struggle with anger or aggression, which becomes a problem.

5. Frustration

There can be many reasons behind this as well. Along with professional life, personal life can also be the reason for this. Young people suffering from depression often become aggressive because it becomes difficult for them to deal with their restlessness or frustration. Also, they are unable to express their problems or thoughts by speaking.

6. Act without thinking

Young people who suffer from ADHD are impulsive and lack the ability to make the right decisions. Because of all this, their behavior gets filled with anger. Such people usually do not think about the consequences of their actions.
