Ladies, Go crazy before you get married
Marriage. For some it is necessity, some do it for their parents, and some simply run away from it. But let’s agree on one thing, most of us are going to get married some day or the other. So better face it than running away, and make the most of our “Freedom”.
Here’s a bucket list of things to do before you get hooked for life!
a. To install Go wild. crazy
Obviously you don’t need marriage as an excuse to go wild, but the feeling you get doing uber random stuff before getting married is just amazing. So go to a karaoke night or a house party and loose yourself
b. Taking a solo road trip
Solo road trips are fun. And it makes you learn a lot about yourselves. Give yourself away to the mountains, switch your phone off and enjoy.
c. Burn all the letters of your ex
Why carry the burden from the past when you can enjoy a big bonfire out of it. Treat in winters, isnt it?
d. Make peace with your parents.
Remember all the mischief of yours that they had to handle. Said sorry for that. Make peace with them as they are going to be your constant support after your marriage.
e. Complete your post graduation
Complete all of your degrees before your attention gets divided among your new family.
Learning to love yourself
f. Be comfortable in your own skin and love enjoying your own company too!
Learn to trust other people- Just because the old one was a psychopath or a jerk doesn’t mean that the one in the future will be the same. Give it time and learn to believe.
g. Going on a bachelor trip
Take all your girlies with you and enjoy some gala time with them. That would be a week of pure bliss and relief.
h. Learning how to cook
“Because offering people gum is not cooking” as Chandler says it on Friends. Be self-dependent.
i. Experiment with your looks.
Get that short haircut, neon shades, slit cut dresses, and whatnot. Go crazy before your man’s family starts putting restrictions.
j. Get some idea what kind of guy do you want to end up with?
Mature, sweet or sentimental. Figure out what kind of a guy you’re looking for or want your parents to look for in you.
k. Convict your parents
If you are thinking of an inter-caste or love marriage, talk and convince your parents. But be 100 percent sure before taking this step.
l. Try every platform to find the man of your dreams
Find your type of man on matrimonial websites. Search according to occupation, e.g. www.matrimonyindians.com
